Lack of organising and thinking!

点评：As a concept the area works well for younger children, though it is very lacking for children over the age of 10. We had 2 girls aged 12 with us, and there were 2 activities they had interest in. The swans and golf.
The issue I have is the lack of organising! We went to the booth you are directed to, to purchase tickets. I stood in line for 15 minutes. There was one person serving and 1 person giving out wrist bands. Surely a second till would have made better use of their time?
When I got to the top of the queue there was a notice board advising you can purchase tickets online (which still need to be collected…make it make sense!), or you could purchase at the ice cream kiosk! Unless you are standing at the top of the queue you can’t actually see the notice board. I suggested it is moved to allow everyone to see this before the reach to the top of the queue, which was greeted with blank stares and shrugs from staff!
Most staff members (albeit young) looked uninterested and certainly not happy to be there.
The hook a duck stand is the most depressing kiosk I have ever seen!
Overall, not a great experience, and 100% would not be rushing back!
