点评：We booked a day trip to Bayahibe to do an advanced dive on a shipwreck. We double checked when we were leaving in the morning and have a WhatsApp text as proof of that. When we got to Bayahibe via the transportation arranged by Scubaquatic the local dive shop they had supposedly booked us with had no idea who we were and did not have a trip to that shipwreck that day or the next day. They had one boat with brand new divers doing their 1st open water dives and they had left over an hour ago. We were supposed to be booked on an advanced dive, going to 120 feet, this is vastly different.
When we returned to the resort, we asked for our money back as we were leaving and couldn't rebook. They promised us our money back and filled out a return form. I still have no money!! They actually are saying now they don't give any refunds yet they gave me the paperwork to fill out for a refund! Apparently they keep the paperwork just to placate the tourists until they leave. I have a picture of it. I have dove for over 20 years all over the world and I've never had a complaint about a dive shop before. These guys are liars, they don't care about diving they care about money, and that is it. They will book you on things that don't exist just to get your money. Don't trust them!! I will never dive with this company again!! If this is how bad they are just arranging things imagine how bad they are at teaching you to dive. Horrific, deceitful company using tourists!!!!!
