Poor cleaning

点评：Firstly the caravan was nice and was facing the main road near trees with with partial sea views but the decking hadnt been swept or mopped balcony top tails hadnt been cleaned at all looked like hadnt been for a long time but the worst was the bird poo covered patio table and chairs which was caked on and clearly wasnt fresh poo from that day and the table was all sticky on the sides like a bottle of pop had been spilled. The microwave door was covered in fingerprints and there was rubbish in the bin cupbard behind and side of the bin, carrier bags and an end of garlic bread. The windows of the caravan clearly hadnt been cleaned for a very long time either. We called reception and complained and they sent a very nice lady who got on the job straight away and she even cleaned the inside of the microwave as she noticed it was dirty.
We used the swimming pool the changing rooms were swimming in water making it very dodgy to walk on in my experience with changing rooms staff usually squeegee the floors to take away excess water, the tiles were crumbling off the wall near the toilets onto the floor and the toilets were shockingly dirty with lack of toilet roll.
On the upside we had food at the boat restaurant and the food and service was really good.
Would we go again? NO

好的方面是，我们在船上的餐厅吃了东西，食物和服务都很棒。
