Bodrum was beautiful but transfers back to hotel were a nightmare!

点评：We booked a day trip to Bodrum at the office in Tigaki. The lady was very helpful and provided all information required including documentation required to enter Turkey. Early morning pick up from hotel for trip to Kos Town to catch the ferry - customs was straightforward and we had an amazing day in Bodrum - shopping & sunbathing.
That’s the best bit! Coming back was not so straightforward, we arrived at the ferry terminal for 2:45pm for a 4:15pm crossing. It took 45mins to get through security but the boat did leave 20mins early. When we arrived back on Kos the customs part was smooth and then we tried to find our transfer back to the hotel - no Tigaki Express rep waiting, a mix up with Tigaki tours then eventually a bus appeared 30mins later. We boarded the bus and waiting another 10 mins for another tour to return to the port. Once they boarded the bus, we thought 20mins transfer back to the hotel as we had experienced that morning - we were wrong. The bus went completely the opposite way toward Psaldi to drop guests off at their hotel but even worse, on way back stopped at other hotels to pick up guests for a separate evening tour to Zia. Some guests were so annoyed that rheu got off the coach on Kos town at one of the pick up points to catch a taxi back to Tigaki. 1 hour and 20mins after boarding the coach at the harbour, we arrived back in Tigaki.
Why were the company not honest enough to tell us this up front?
No apology or information given by the guide!
