Welcoming, engaging and generous gin tasting!

点评：We visited on Saturday and combined this with a stay at the Merry Harriers next door. Not needing to drive afterwards was a bonus as it transpired.
Ian has a brilliant set up with a modern yet warm atmosphere on arrival, finding yourself within the working area where the independent gin is created, but with a nice bar area that is comfortable and well set up for the tasting.
There was no feeling of anything being rushed and the enjoyment both tasting and learning about the gin meant time flew by but loads was packed in. We had fun trying different botanicals and learning how they blend, seeing the process to make it and tasting some brilliant gins. Ian was knowledgeable, easy going and sparked interesting conversations about the industry and the processes.
We were there as two couples and this was a perfect way to spend a relaxed afternoon. We bought more of the great products Ian had on site and will definitely be back for more. It’s genuinely brilliant gin and as a casual gin drinker this has helped convert me to being a gin lover.
