点评：My husband and I were bought a voucher as a Christmas present for a 4 hour adventure in our own canoe with Ollie. We liaised with him about dates, times, wearher and tides and, with consideration for our level of experience, he suggested that we went down the River Tweed from Norham to West Ord. We opted for him to include instruction as this was our first time on a large river. We had the most amazing day. Ollie was the perfect guide and instructor and we felt very safe with him at all times. Not only did he teach us to read the river, but helped us with the set-up of the canoe, suggesting useful additions to our kit, and our craft control and paddling. He was friendly, interesting, knowledgeable about many things beyond canoeing, and was a really nice companion for the day. We feel much more prepared now to have adventures of our own, but would join him again on a group paddle without hesitation.
We would recommend his services to anyone who wants to improve their paddling skills, or needs a guide on any of our rivers. The voucher also makes a lovely gift for the adventurous type.
