AMAZING experience up close with well-cared for rescue animals. Great guide.

点评：For Mother’s Day, my family booked a VIP tour and the Otter Swim Experience. It was FANTASTIC!!!
Our small group was expertly led by Tori, and we met with zebras, capybaras, lemurs, a sloth, camels, porcupines, goats and more! But the highlights were holding a baby kangaroo, feeding the Roos, and then outlet time with otters!
First, as part of the tour, you get to interact with others which means sitting in an enclosure and then having 8 or so super-fun otters run all around and over you, while you play with them with toys and their favorite- chipped ice! So amazing!
Then, we sprung for the extra Otter Swim. It was a similar experience but in a shallow pool, with the otters swimming all around and climbing on you and playing with you. It was great.
My only small criticism is that they need better bathrooms and a better changing area (into wetsuits for the otter swim).
Finally, I was so heartened to see these mostly rescue animals so well loved and cared for. The staff clearly loves them (and the animals love them in return!). The animals have a much better life here than they would otherwise.
We really lived our visit. Great for families!
