点评：A faultless establishment!
My partner and I enjoyed a delicious lunch here, the food, service and atmosphere were perfect!
We were recommended by the staff to choose 5-7 dishes to enjoy as a tapas style, we chose the ‘House pickles’, ‘Focaccia, maple, bacon butter’, ‘Smoked mackerel pate, pickled pear, chicory’, ‘Roscoff onion, Parma ham, goats curd, stout caramel’, ‘Monkfish, mulled wine quince, cabbage, pancetta’, ‘Sussex beef, roasted leeks, cauliflower cheese puree’ and both finished with a ‘Salted caramel affogato’. The food was absolutely divine, while also being reasonably priced.
Kinsbrook use local produce to craft their menu and it was one of the best I’ve seen recently!
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble!
We had a wonder in the shop before heading off, which stocked a number of small businesses as well as their own wine & larger. They also have a deli and butchers next to their shop, pastries and sweet treats looked delicious! The shop, deli & butchers is open 7 days a week when the restaurant is closed Mondays & Tuesday.
We have seen their dinner service will start again from February 14th which were very exciting to try!
Do not miss out, you must give Kinsbrook a try for yourselves!
