点评:The lagoon is a good concept, but poorly run and maintained. Metro Development runs the Mirada location much better than Epperson. Their TVs at the main bar are so completely dysfunctional that takes away from what would be a very nice experience.
They have 5 TVs, but only 1 is connected to a TV signal, another is constantly streaming Chive like programming, and the others don't work at all. The remotes they have don't work half the time and is sad to watch the staff try to control the TVS, it is a joke. The big screen in the main area is left on a screensaver the majority of the time as the staff doesn't pay attention. I feel like they are just putting their time in without taking a step back and considering the guest experience.
If you go to Mirada it is a very different experience and all the TVs work, they even have them set up to be controlled by a single tablet.
The cleanliness is subpar at best as well. I am very disappointed that Metro doesn't seem to care about the very first lagoon in the US that brought them such notoriety and spawned so many others to be built. The executive staff at Metro needs to reexamine what they have in place and how it is being viewed by their guests. Please do so soon.
