点评：I recently enjoyed mother-daughter at Kruger Gate Hotel for bonding time and experience the Safari’s & Dee’s African Spa in Skukuza. The customer service at Dee’s African Spa was top notch, 5 star level. All of the spa therapists are great and the facility is enjoyable despite limited amenities (no dry sauna, no spa pool, and no water services). The services I enjoyed; back, neck & shoulder massage, the scalp massage, reflexology (foot) massage, 60 min deep tissue massage, body scrub and 90 minute massage. I also love to steam prior to treatment and I did so each time. The final few days of service I had the great pleasure of meeting & having therapist Nomfundo for a 60 min deep tissue massage and I enjoyed it so much that I immediately re-booked a 90 deep tissue with the 45 min body scrub. She is fantastic! My neck, upper back, and shoulders were extremely tight with stress knots/nodules and over the two day period she decreased many of my problem areas & massaged deep enough to stretch the tissue between my shoulder blades/spine. It’s important to mention that when I did rebook, I requested Nomfundo however upon arrival the next evening the spa assigned a different therapist. I had to speak to the manager in order for the scheduling conflict to be corrected. I didn’t like that I requested a therapists yet scheduled with someone else. So if you like a particular therapist and are scheduled with another please insist on getting who you want. This is a Spa practice so for a customers request to be disregarded is unacceptable to me.
