点评：Firstly, Eurobike are only a provider to another Company. In our case Ruckenwind. In our discussions with Eurobike, we reminded them we were English speaking and were told the briefing would be in English. Well, it was all in German. We were not told there was an App, until a fellow rider told us, and we contacted Eurobike, as the code the other riders had, didn't work for us. Our ride started in Hann, Munden & instructions sent us from our Hotel, into the middle of the CIty & back out past our Hotel. We had discovered this by accident the day before, & in our very poor German, told the rest of the riders the same. We also were never given the last 3 days of riding, as everyone else was only doing 8 days. There was several routes which were blocked off, and obvioulsy been like that for sometime which caused quite a headache for us. On our last day of riding, we were given the name of the Hotel , which of course, we assumed we were staying at as that was where the bikes were to be collected and we would receive our bags. Turned out that was completely incorrect and there was no booking. We had to find alternative accomodation and taxi back into town to a hotel. Very very stressful, when verything was booked out. Very very poor communication from Eurobike on this point. Also, we had a hotel in the middle of Bremen. Turned out there was a massive Pride parade, which had been organsied 12 montsh prior, and this was an absolute nightmare trying to get to our hotel. NO communicatin from anyone that we would have to deal with this.We were mostly happy with the hotels, but we had booked the higher priced hotels, as some yrs ago, we booked 2nd class and found the Hotels were quite a distance from the centre of the towns.
