点评：If everything goes according to plan you'll likely have a great time, but if things go sideways you're on your own. EuroBike presents itself as a tour operator and they are very good at sales and communications but are often just coordinators of tour packages they put together with "partners'. And there is the problem. A real tour operator will take care of you when things go sideways from situations under their own administration and control but Eurobike tells you to deal with their partners with whom you have no relationships and who take no responsibiliies. Additionally, Eurobike does not seem to hold their partners to any particular standards beyond the basics of hotel reservations and baggage transport. Eurobike itself does not have a corporate culture of being interested in alerting its management to problems, using boilerplate responses by lower echelon sales people who refuse to send reports to management nor requiring responses from their partners. I suggest that you avoid Eurobike and deal directly with well regarded actual providers of the services you desire. There are many to choose from and your options will be far greater, enabling you to make your own itinerary and options compared to the packages from Eurobike. You can deal directly and find better providers than what Eurobike offers.
