Lovely spa, excellent service & relaxing atmosphere

点评：I've just returned from a spa stay at stocks hall. I would 100% recommend this spa, very relaxing atmosphere and lovely surroundings. The apartments are huge and furnished well, the bonus of having two bedrooms even though there was only two of us was a plus too! The spa itself is small but to a high standard, everything worked as it should and was super relaxing. I must say though, the staff made it. The staff are unbelievably accommodating and so lovely and friendly, they can't do enough for you. Every single member of staff was a pleasure. They are super relaxed with you, we changed a few things like treatments and meal times and they were so kind about it. The treatments were great and the food was lovely. A plated breakfast is a bonus. The spa wasn't overly packed either like I said it was a Saturday and felt relaxing because it wasn't rammed. I am an avid spa goer and I'd say this spa is a hidden gem, reasonably priced and excellent value for money.
Thank you to all of the staff at stocks hall, from reception to the bar staff to the ladies working down in the spa, you are a credit to the place and I will definitely be returning in future. You can't put a price on good service!
