Immersive Gamebox - Lakeside, Essex的点评
点评：I visited today with my 3 partner and 3 and 5 year old. When we arrived check-in was going well, the guy checking us in asked if anyone needed to go toilet before the experince begins and myself and 5 year old did so he said go toilet and we will finish telling tou what happens next. Afyer going toilet my family and I approached the counter and him and his colleague continued talking to each other as if we weren't there. Obviously they knew we were there, we all have pereferal vision. I had to eventually say "hello". That was a bad start to the experince and left us with little excitement. It also.meant that my 5 year old when in weary and didn't want to participate.
Very unhappy with the experience and would not visit again, particularly this branch!
As for the experince itself, my children had some fun, when they eventually got involved, but definetly not that great for £70, they have more fun at the park (we played paw patrol). I did have higher expectations and I am left feeling disappointed with the entire thing from start to finish. We didn't order drinks, because wanted nothing to do with the members of staff again. So we're thirsty. I have VR attention home and the graphics are definetly better at home. I expected a higher revolution screen. It was pretty dim.
I do not recommend this experince.
Not sure how many South Asains are working there but he was the one that did that ridiculous, pretend not to see your customer thing. I have had so many experiences when I've moved away from a counter as a customer and colleagues have been talking but as soon as I come back, they stop talking and continue to serve us, which is vasic respect and human decency.
Again extremely disappointed and will never return!
