点评：THIS PLACE IS A REAL FIND!!!
In February we drive down through Burgundy with our kids stuff to go skiing.
And, to buy wine to bring home. Over the years we have found some terrific small vineyards and have built up relationships with the lovely wine makers.
A lot of places are closed at this time of year, so we were delighted to find this bar. We were early for an appointment with one of our favourite wine producers, and I didn’t fancy a Pizza.
This is a small bar in the square just around the corner and opposite a little wine shop that we love. Julian is a ⭐️.
He remembered us from our visits to Le Cep many years ago and made us feel really welcome.
We had Blanquette de Veau. It came in a jar, with some yummy bread and was seriously good, just what we wanted having had so much other rich food.
He does wine tasting but we just had a small glass of something delicious to go with our food.
We sat at the bar and watched him meticulously prepare a ‘planch’ of charcuterie for some other customers.
