The Ark Open Farm的点评
点评：We had a fantastic experience celebrating a 7th birthday here. The day was made extra special thanks to our host, and private tour guide around the farm, Patrick, who was exceptional from start to finish.
He was warm, confident and knowledgeable, keeping a group of 16 excited children fully engaged throughout the farm tour. We got to have a private tractor and trailer ride around the farm and met, got to feed and hold many animals.
Patrick’s ability to remember everyone’s names and make each child feel included was genuinely impressive, and several of the adults commented on how outstanding he was. He really made the birthday party and farm tour extra special. The whole party ran like clockwork thanks to him—nothing was ever too much trouble.
We booked the larger party room, which was spacious and well laid out. It was well equipped and the fully stocked tea and coffee station for the adults within the room was a much‑appreciated touch.
We also booked hot food, and Patrick greeted every guest personally, taking their food order as they arrived, which meant absolutely no stress for us. The food looked great, went down well with the kids, and there was a good range of options. These were brought to us by the catering team along with a list of every child’s name and what they had ordered – again just making it so easy. They were also able to cater for guests with dietary requirements, which we really appreciated.
