Kids loved it - more frequent and thorough cleaning needed

点评：We stayed from Saturday through to Friday. Our kids had a ball - lots of other kids to play with. I know the noise of kids playing may be frustrating to others reading other reviews but it worked really well for us. Yes there were a few kids cycling a bikes with bottles on the back tyre to sound like a scrambler- but who didn't do that as a child. Yes there were kids setting up shop and selling stuff near the toilets. My kids took great pleasure in going to Home Bargians and setting up their own shop. It entertained them for ages. Lots a good old fashioned fun. Tv signal non existent - phone signal poor. Beach was fabulous.
The one MAJOR issue is cleanliness. For a site this size toilets should be checked at least once every hour or 2 by a member of staff and cleaned. There is a constant flow of traffic to the toilets - people coming back from the beach to get showered etc. The men's toilets stink of urine. The shower floods into the toilet cubicals. There is dirty, sandy floors everywhere. If the site doesn't want to employ a cleaner for more frequent cleaning - set up a hose so people can do the decent thing and hose sand into the shower plug.
The outdoor sinks - were worse than the showers and toilets. These were seriously neglected. It wouldn't be difficult for a worker to give these a clean every few hours. Glasses, food waste etc piled up and was left sitting. Dead flies etc around the sink.
