点评：Unfortunately we were very disappointed!
We had a party of 10 children for my daughter's birthday. When arriving everyone was left standing at Reception for 10 minutes because our lane wasn't ready despite arriving earlier as requested by the venue to ensure we were all booked in.
I pre-ordered food a week earlier to ensure the party run as smooth as possible. They brought out 5x incorrect orders meaning half the children were left waiting for food. The staff wasn't very attentive and we we were left with a trolley of food and condiments to serve ourself there was no support offered from any of the staff including our 'party host'
To add to this we were sat on 3x tables pushed together next to the 'corner party area' that was left a mess throughout our party including surrounding tables meaning there was no where for the adults to sit. Plates, rubbish etc left all over the tables.
I'm not one to usually complain and hate to leave negative reviews but we expected so much more and was left feeling disappointed that we'd spent £230 on this party for the service we received.
The whole party just felt chaotic and wasn't able to enjoy it I spent the duration stressed.
