点评：A visit to this family winery is also a visit to the one that is proudly situated at the highest point in the region. Not only will you taste a fantastic selection of wines which span both the grapes and vintages, but you’ll also enjoy incredible views and a lovely walk to one of the vineyards….where more great scenes await. Along the way on your walk you’ll see a super assortment of the regions plants and trees….different oak species, lavender, thyme, fennel, wildflowers and more. We were lucky to be accompanied by Milly, the owners’ cheerful dog who added her own humor to what was a really informative tour!
We also were treated to a stop at the barrel room and saw wine in the fermentation process before we tasted something like 9 great wines. They’ll happily arrange shipping to your home, which is a great way to remember your visit. We were thrilled to select for our own case and are already looking forward to enjoying them with friends when we return home.
