点评：I cannot recommend this castle to women or young female visitors based on our experience.
One of the male staff members behaved in a very rude and intimidating manner toward my friend. Instead of simply explaining the situation verbally, he repeatedly pointed his finger at her and poked her in the shoulder several times. There is never any justification for using physical contact with visitors when words are sufficient.
This made us feel that such behavior is tolerated by the management, which is deeply concerning. Visitors should feel safe and be treated with respect at all times.
It is difficult not to wonder whether this employee would have behaved the same way toward a male visitor. Instead, he chose to act aggressively toward a young Asian woman. It also raises the question of whether he would have treated a European visitor in the same manner.
I sincerely hope the management investigates this incident, takes appropriate action, and ensures that all staff understand that physical contact and intimidating behavior toward visitors are completely unacceptable.
