点评:Wow, this was the highlight of our entire Italian experience in Perugia. This was an absolute immersive experience for all, with a variety of dishes made with all invovled throughout the class. Stephania has been teaching these classes for over 20 years, and has 1000's of reviews by clients, but recently relocated back to her hometown of Perugia, so all of the past reviews were not noted to us when we booked the class.
We had all fresh ingredients, using the philosohpy that less is more and as an Italian myself, I learned some incredible new techniques while making classic dishes that were packed with flavor.
Stephania went out of her way to show me her own canning techiques, answer questions, and make all feel involved and included in the steps and each dish.
Ever person at the class enjoyed, laughed, had a tremendous time and ate an amazing variety of homemade dishes.
We left with a cookbook of the recipes and have already recreated a few of them at home!
We could not recommend this class HIGHLY enough and have already requested she create a class for our friends the next time she is in the US.
