Water is cold and area is much smaller in reality

点评：We visited here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 9 & 14) and travelled some distance to attend for the day (midweek July school holidays). Arrived around lunctime to be told we could spend all afternoon there as it was quieter than usual. I am not sure how long one would usually have here considering the tickets were quite expensive.
The bands for the lockers are £5 deposit per band, which is refunded once the bands are returned but note it can take up to 5 days to refund if using a card.
Changing areas were chaotic, kids running riot all over the place, shouting and throwing things. There were two staff present in the changing rooms who didn't seem to care or do anything to stop this behaviour. Changing rooms were also filthy so difficult to find one which wasn't covered in grime.
Once in the actual waterpark area, it looked nice and clean and the ambient air was warm, however, the water once you entered the pool was significantly colder - to the point my 9 year old was shivering when out of the water.
There were a number of slides, most of which my 9 year old could not go on or did not want to due to being so cold.
We stayed about an hour and a half then everyone had enough and wanted to leave. Back to the chaotic changing rooms then out of there as quick as we could.
Would not come back or recommend unless you lived locally - don't make a special trip to go just for this as it's not worth it.
We also booked the mini-golf which was amazing!
