点评：I haven't read the Da Vinci code or watched the movie so I wasn't aware of the fuss about it.
When we pulled up I was quite underwhelmed by its size as it looked small . On entering the site, you are struck by the carvings on the outside , they are very detailed and some quite unnerving. On entering the chapel I literally caught my breath and just stood for 10
Minutes in awe of the beauty of this place . The inside is truly magnificent , and the fact that no internal photography is allowed meant that everyone was admiring the fantastic carvings . The talk given was superb , really interesting and lots of info . The staff were very kind , a recent op meant I couldn't get down to the crypt stairs , and the lovely lady ( glasses and longish hair ) gave me a folder with pictures of the crypt so I didn't miss out. I feel you could visit every day and see something new.
