Terrible service and the ticket counter member of staff was terrible rude

点评：We visited the Brunswick movie bowl for my mum's birthday and we would be a regular customer for them but on the 10th of October I took my mum to the Brunswick movie bowl for a meal and bowling and when we went to the ticket counter as my mum was going to get my brother a few toys with the tickets which she won but the young girl behind the counter kept laughing at my mum and then when my mum was waiting to be served the young girl behind the counter went to a different customer even though my mum was standing waiting for 15 minutes when my mum politely excused herself and said that she was meant to be next to be served the young girl just laughed in my mums face if you want to be treated like a dog this is your place to go but then my mum went and told a management team he said he would sort it out and give me a call and when he called back he said she said she didn’t laugh at my mum but she hardly going to say to the manager yeah she did laughed at my mum absolute disrespect behaviour's shown by staff of the Brunswick Movie Bowl. We won’t be going near it again and it’s there lost because the are the ones that are going to miss out on us spending a couple of hundred pounds in it on every regular occasions through the year. If you want treated like dirt on someone shoe or like a dog then this is your place to go
