South Bend Winery的点评
点评：My husband and I have been to South Bend Winery a few times and have had issues every time. The first time we went the person waiting on us neglected to give us our discount for purchasing a full case of wine. I was checking my receipt in the car and luckily noticed it before we left the winery. The second time we were there we had returned a couple of empty wine bottles for credit and the person waiting on us neglected to give us our credit. Again, luckily I checked my receipt before we left. The third time we went down to purchase a few specific bottles of wine and when we got there we were informed that they were out of two of the wines we wanted, even though they were showing available on their website. (I checked before we went down.) The fourth time we went to the winery, again we wanted a few specific wines. I even checked via Facebook Messenger to be sure the wines we wanted were in stock. Low and behold when we got to the winery and tried to place our order, they were out of one of the wines. Needless to say, this will be the last time that I attempt to purchase wine from this winery. They don't know what they have in stock and do not updated their website to show what wines are available.
