AVOID! A badly designed/maintained hotel with uncomfortable beds and the worst customer service experienced in 40 years

点评：We stayed for a family getaway. The Loch view room we stayed in had a small double bed which is not great when you are used to staying in much bigger beds at other hotels and at home. We therefore slept badly. The veranda had a limited view of the Loch and was next to the kitchen extract so meant we smelt fried food whilst sitting out there.
We had issues with the door to one of our rooms. Eventually it got stuck and locked our son inside. They had to get a hotel staff member to get him out. They forced the door open and then charged us £500 to repair the door. When I asked to talk to head office about this they refused to talk to me on the phone. I wrote to them about this and they basically told me to get stuffed!
