点评:The Flight Centre UK team delivered outstanding customer service in helping me arrange my recent trip to Australia. My enquiries arranging the trip and in the 2 months leading up to it were always answered promptly and in a very friendly and efficient manner. Such a pleasure to have phones answered promptly these days.
My return trip back to the UK from Australia was altered via email at the last minute by the airline, which was upsetting as it was 9pm , the night before the next morning’s flight, and the airlines messages were not very clear. It didn’t seem possible to contact any customer service people at the airline.
But within minutes of my receiving the email notification from the airline, Julia Spencer, the Flight Centre consultant who had arranged my trip, was on top of things, and unprompted by me, immediately contacted me, delivering complete reassurance and support, so that I never felt I was ever on my own with the problem.
It was very comforting to know during that slightly anxious time that Julia was available to me by phone if I encountered further problems. It meant a great deal to me during that anxious night .
Of arrival back in the UK. Julia contacted me and on my behalf, dealt with the airline and facilitated the refund I was due from the airline.
I cannot praise Flight Centre UK enough and in particular Julia Spencer, for this superb customer service . Thank you Flight Centre UK, …and Julia Spencer.
