点评：Superb! Excellent location, room was super clean and had a great view of the gardens. A little disturbed sleep when people decided to walk through said gardens being a little loud! In the room there were 2 doors opening outwards but not fully to let in fresh air but enough to not fall from a great height!
Checking in was a little stressful as we got there and reception was shut. It directed you to head to the porters lodge - my husband googled directions and ended up on a wild goose chase around Cambridge which became quite stressful! Luckily Simon Patten (gate porter) came to his rescue, met him and walked us to our room door! He is a credit to this place and deserves a massive mention for his over and above customer service! Our review could have been so much different had he not stepped in! Fast forward to breakfast and what can I say… the food was amazing - hot, fresh and clearly great top notch ingredients. The staff were also outstanding and so very helpful and welcoming! I was a bit aprehensive eating in a hall on shared benches but I need not have been! There was plenty of space so that people could spread out. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed having a wander around at our leisure. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy without being disturbed. I would not hesitate recommending this place and will look forward to visiting again in the near future.
