点评：NEVER rent with Awesome Campers — they will cancel your booking and leave you stranded for the trip you’re planning. After having my reservation confirmed for over two months (since August) and less than a month before starting my road trip, they cancelled my booking supposedly because the vehicle “won’t be available” (with almost a month to go? How does that make any sense?).
On top of that, they didn’t even offer me a similar campervan — they just cancelled it and left me hanging, not caring at all if I’ve already booked campsites or external activities, forcing me to look for something else just a month before my trip.
When you contact them (by email, because they don’t answer the phone), they simply tell you it’s been cancelled and that you’ll get your money back. Seriously? That’s their idea of customer service? Absolutely terrible service.
I’m attaching screenshots of this s*** company’s email response to prove that this is real and not a fake review.
Do NOT book anything with this company unless you want to waste your time and money. I’m sure there are far more reliable and professional companies out there — this one should honestly be shut down.

除非你想浪费时间和金钱，否则千万别在这家公司预订任何东西。我相信肯定有更可靠、更专业的公司——这家公司真的应该关门大吉。
