点评：We recently booked a private ashes scattering cruise with Bancroft Cruises for 19 family members and 2 dogs to bid farewell to our beloved mum and grandmother. From the very beginning, Fiona was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Hindu ceremony for scattering ashes, which immediately put us all at ease on what was a very emotional day.
The cruise itself was calm and picturesque, with the sun shining as we made our way gently along the river to a peaceful, tranquil spot chosen by Fiona. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet, serene, and exactly the setting we had hoped for to say our final goodbyes.
After the ceremony, the return journey gave us time to reflect, share stories, and support one another. The masala tea (chai) and biscuits served was a lovely touch and exactly what the family needed. The entire experience was handled with care, dignity, and compassion.
We never felt rushed, and Fiona ensured everything was done at a pace that allowed us to fully embrace the moment. The whole family commented on how beautiful and personal the service was, and we are deeply grateful to Fiona and Bancroft Cruises for making our mum’s final journey so meaningful and memorable.
