Gluten Free Heaven for children with Celiac.

点评：We’ve just returned from a fabulous day out at the CIF, there’s so much to keep the kids occupied, they loved the sand and water place. And hunting for treasure kept them occupied for ages.
The best experience was buying the icecream for my granddaughter who is celiac intolerant. When I explained, the staff understood what this means and the importances of avoiding cross contamination.
The girl, showed me the ingredients, to ensure everything was Gluten Free, then said she’d wash her hands out on a clean apron and gloves, which she did, and went into the back to open a fresh tub of Bubble Gum ice cream to ensure there was no cross contamination. She even apologised because it with the longer to serve me, that’s customer service at its best. Even the marshmallows were from a fresh tub and served in a little tub, to avoid cross contamination.
They even had Gluten Free cones.
My granddaughter was over the moon with her bubblegum icecream in a cone.
I think the entire day has been good value for money, all the staff at the kiosks are cheerful and everywhere is spotlessly.clean.
And the gift shop has good value things thatching break the bank so the girls even got a treat - putty that kept them quiet on the journey home. .
