Gulliver's Warrington stay eat and play package - DONT DO IT unless you want to be disappointed - March 2025

点评：We visited Gulliver's on a one night stay over stay play and eat , they were 11 of us including 5 children and 6 adults. In the package it stated 2 day in park with an evening meal and a breakfast bap with one night in hotel. When I printed my ticket off I noticed that we weren't allow access into the park until 12noon this was giving us only 4 hours in the park which is miss leading when advertised as two days in the park this is only 1 day and 4 hours which should be made aware of before you book the eat, play and stay. When we arrived we accessed at 12noon it took 15mintues to access and we were given wrist bands, in the park 5 riders were out of operation including the train, river rapids and log flume which were top faves as these where shut last time we come so was disappointing, The other ride wait time was fine and the kids enjoyed all the other rides but i had a 2 year old with me and i was going on the small rides with him and on a few occasions i had to remove smoking rubbish out of the rides , very disappointing and dangerous as these rides are for young children and health and safety risk to my child had i not removed. Then at the end of the day we went to the starlight theatre for dinner ( which we had to prebook a time for at the start of the day) of which we have only minimum options and had to pay extra if we wanted more anything else - no healthy option. the night entertainment was great for the kids and they much enjoyed it, only improvement i would offer is a little more of a dance floor for kids at the front and clean the toilets but other than that the entertainer was fab and thanks her on the way out. Then we were going to head back to the hotel and watch the movie with cookies and milk but this had finished as it started at 8pm which wasn't send on the plan we were given it stated after the entertainment go to the movie. We then went to bed and we are a family of five with a 2,5 and 8 year old the bunk bed were great but the bed for 2 year old no so good as no barrier to keep him in the bed was afraid of his falling out. The plug didn't work in the bath so i had to put a towel in the bath to block the plug so the kids could have a bath , the pillar were as stated by my husband " as flat as a pitta bread". we got one each we had to put our coats under our pillars to be comfortable. The room was ok and warm enough but the corridors were freezing cold. The next day we got up to have a good day in the park stating in the starlight theater for breakfast, we arrived for 8:30 as stated on the plan but wasn't let in till 9:10! ( we had to be out of our room for 10am ) we was met by a girl with a board taking our order before we even entered the seating area , the options on the plan were bacon, sausage or cereal but no bacon today only sausage or cereal. Not impressed when it came we had to ask for more milk for the children and our baps were child size we had to go buy more food after this as children were still hungry and so was my husband. The next day in the park was great but again rides still closed and staff looked generally unhappy. Overall I understand that the eat stay and play is a deal but come on this shouldn't mean bad standards late timings, shut rides and generally no care for the customer as i wouldn't recommend this to others or return on this package .. disappointing for my sons birthday celebration
