点评：What a stunning place. There are so many things to see and do here that it's the perfect place for the whole family. We arrived at 11:30 and left at 5 pm, and there were still so many walks we didn't manage to complete. For children, there's a farm yard and play park, and for adults and children alike, there's that beautiful house and gardens to explore. However, because we went earlier in the year at a time when children are still at school, there were no crowds whatsoever, so I'm sure in the summer it will be much busier. (When we've been at Christmas, it's been PACKED) Also, all the staff we interacted with were super pleasant and knowledgeable (especially in the house)
Now, prices...honestly, they could be better. Thankfully, I got our tickets for half price through the national lottery discount code; however, you're looking at £ 30-ish each for adult so if you have a big family, it's going to be expensive. The food/drink at the restaurants and cafes is also very expensive- £3.50 for a small cup of tea. My advice: bring a flask and a picnic! The prices are really the only problem I have with the experience. I always have so much fun when I come here, and even though things are priced highly, there are different levels of tickets to buy, so you can just go in the gardens & farm, or the house too if you desire.
If you're a fan of Pride & Prejudice (2005), you'll have an amazing time here. 😊😊
