Horrible! Stop supporting the neglect

点评：I visited recently and was shocked by the poor conditions. Many animals showed signs of stress—pacing, feather-plucking, lethargy. There was no sanitizing between interactions, risking the health of animals and visitors.
Reptiles lacked proper UVB and heat. Territorial species like blue-tongue skinks and bearded dragons were housed together. One beardie had a swollen arm; another was in a plastic bin with no lighting or ventilation and a dying tail. A savannah monitor was obese and reportedly fed dog food.
Cages were filthy and overcrowded. Animals appeared to be suffering without proper medical care. Staff became defensive when concerns were raised. Responses to online reviews are often dismissive or hostile.
This place claims to be a rescue and educational center, but it felt more like long-term neglect. Please stop taking in more animals than you can handle.. there are qualified rescues and zoos that can help. The animals deserve better.
