点评：I have visited Llanberis a number of times and have done all the usual activities in the area, but had never heard of this before. And to be fair only saw one other couple on the route. But we were there for the Eryri (Snowdonia) marathon in support of our Son and so need to waste a bit of time, but this was definitely not a waste of time. Far from it ! I notice a directional sign next to the pharmacy and thought that might be nice. It’s about 1km along a very pretty lane and then there is a right turn over a cattle grid. A hand made sign pouts the way. Then under the mountain railway viaduct and follow the path. It follows a stream with lots of little waterfalls and up to the main event! Yes it isn’t the biggest but it is certainly a lovely spot. It feels secluded and you can feel the power of the water coming from the hills! The water is crystal clear and very cold. The path is very easy to walk, up hill but only a slight incline, but the last bit is a few steps up to the main plat form. There are no rails, so just watch you footing. Definitely not to be missed and NOT a waste of time , a very neutral and beautiful place!
