点评：We had a fantastic experience with big boss Wayne and full-of-fun Brad as our guides. For those who might be wondering about logistics like we did, after meeting at the Department of Conservation where Canyonz has a desk, you are driven about 10 minutes to the start of the trail head. They have a shipping container-sized unit there where you will be given all your gear for the tour. You will change into the water socks and shoes provided and hike in those and carry your wet suit gear with you in bags they provide. You can leave your own shoes and anything you don't need for the hike in the container unit which gets locked up. After hiking about 45-60 mins. you get to a spot where you change into your wet suit and everyone's clothes get put into a dry bag. They do suggest you bring a change of clothes to leave in the container unit in case the dry bag doesn't stay completely dry, but none of our stuff got wet and those bags definitely went through some water.
It's a strenuous day for sure but also super fun and with views you wouldn't get otherwise. I often wished I had my camera with me because the scenery was gorgeous, but the guides are really fantastic about taking a ton of photos for you and we got a Dropbox link by the next morning. We've done a number of adventures things in our travels but abseiling down a waterfall, jumping 10 meters into a pool of water (optional), and sliding down a natural water slide were all new to us and such a great adventure! I felt very safe the entire time and am so glad we had the experience!

I often wished I had my camera with me because the scenery was gorgeous, but the guides are really fantastic about taking a ton of photos for you and we got a Dropbox link by the next morning.
