2024 Xmas afternoon Tea - Don’t bother

点评：At the cost of £45 each I was extremely disappointed . We went for a Xmas afternoon tea !
The food was nothing special , the staff didn’t explain what food we were due to eat as they put the plates down . The 3 tier plate was unstable , not only on our table but others too !! It takes seconds to make sure the 3 tier plate is tight and secure .
When the staff were placing tea pots on the table ( we had just sat down ) they spilt the tea on the white table cloth , no apology , no would you like me to change the table cloth etc they just went on their way .
Some staff were wearing uniforms that were clearly too big for them . Doesn’t look professional at all .
We were in a room which felt like it was a thorough fair. There must of been a good 100 people walk past our table through out our time there , to gain access to their tables in adjacent rooms this was not really conducive to a relaxing Xmas afternoon Tea .
There was no particular food that was Christmas related , bar the bite size piece of Xmas cake ) a huge disappointment ) There was a bagel literally cut in half ( no finesse at all )
When asked for a clean cup and a refill with tea and coffee , the member of staff returned with the refill , but I had to wait and ask a second time to get a clean cup . My friend had already drunk her cup of tea by then .
The hall it self was beautiful but it was very apparent that they were turning the tables within 2 hours of our arrival . Again such a disappointment.
Just felt like we were a bunch of cattle or on a conveyor belt . Nexttt ! !
I paid £90 for this privilege . But I certainly won’t be making that mistake again!
Brockencote hall hotel was far more superior , far better food , and far better service .
A very disappointed customer indeed .

大厅本身很漂亮，但很明显他们在我们到达后的 2 小时内就翻了桌子。再次令人失望。
感觉我们就像一群牛或传送带上的牛。下次！！
我为这个特权支付了 90 英镑。但我肯定不会再犯同样的错误了！
