Botany Bay的点评
点评：I decided to head to The Botany Bay as i knew there was parking nearby, the indoor area was friendly and the staff welcoming, and food ususally good.
I reviewed the menu and plumped for the Morello cherry mojito drink, delightful.
Wanting a light bite, I perused the menu and discovered an interesting new dish, hash brown bites with duck.Someone only has to mention hash browns, and I'm there.
I was surprised when it arrived as it didn't say chilli, and i didn't know that Neroli was seaweed. Add to that there was mayonnaise underneath. These were not mentioned on the food list. I dare say, someone who had thought it was duck and HB's would have a got a shock, like I did.
Regardless, it's hash browns. It was amazing, absolutely delicious, and I'm hoping they don't take it off the menu too soon because I'm coming back for more. Might even do a Deliveroo if i can.
The staff were great too, both Amiee and Leah, who served me, went out their way to ensure I was enjoying my experience.
