点评：I got into my kart and immediately noticed the boost didn’t work—pretty important when you’re racing. I flagged down a staff member and let them know, and instead of fixing it or offering any sort of solution, they brushed it off with “the race is almost over, it’s fine.”
Except… it wasn’t almost over. We were barely past halfway through the race. Even worse, they refused to do anything about it and claimed there was nothing they could do, which is just false. You could have:
1. Switched me to a working kart,
2. Let me race again,
3. Or honestly, done anything to make it right.
Instead, I paid full price for a broken kart and got told to deal with it. Super disappointing and honestly unacceptable for a place that charges a premium for “competitive” racing. Won’t be coming back.
