Enjoyable but lacks space to really tell the sorty of this area.

点评：Tenby museum and art gallery has some very interesting exhibits. The art gallery has more features, but we got the impression that things had been squeezed in, and the history of this lovely, but isolated town deseves more space. I feel covinced that larger premises could be found for the very fine art gallery which includes works by John Piper, and Augustus John. This would give an opportunity for local history, and geology to "expand". There was some excellent exhibits giving real insight in the past history of this part of Pembrokeshire, but virtually nothing on the transformation from industrial Tenby into an early Victorian holiday resort, and even less on the development of the railway.
The location, on Castle Hill is superb, rather open to westerly winds, but with beautiful views over St Catherines Island, and the beacches. Dispite its shortcomings, this is good value at £6 and it would be a shame to miss it.
