Rude staff & freezing water!

点评：Drove 90 mins today with our two kids who were very excited about their first visit to the Time Capsule!
Met at the reception desk by an extremely rude and abrupt female staff member with dark hair. After being reprimanded for arriving 10-15 minutes early for our session and told to wait elsewhere, we returned a second time to face the same attitude when getting checked in. If you think dealing with the public is beneath you and you have have utter contempt for everyone you meet, then perhaps don't work on a leisure facility reception...?
The changing facilities were good, and a lot of the young staff were working hard to keep the area clean. Unfortunately though quite a lot of the showers were either not working or cold.
The pool itself was pretty decent, good variety of slides and different things to do. However, aside from the rude reception staff our other major complaint was the temperature of the water was so so cold. Our kids absolutely love the water but their lips were turning blue within a short space of time and they were asking to get out. We had a 90 minute session but we were barely in the pool for 20-25 minutes. I understand some swimming pools are trying to save on energy costs by turning down water temperatures, this is fine in a pool where people are coming purely to swim lengths, but not in a family leisure/fun pool.
Really disappointing day out, we will not be back again.
