点评：Disappointing Visit for Dog Owners – Not Truly Dog-Friendly 🐶🚫
We recently visited Packwood House, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations — especially when visiting with a dog.
Despite being rated with 2 pawprints, the experience here was very limited compared to other dog-friendly sites like Kenilworth Castle, where dogs can enjoy access to almost the entire grounds.
At Packwood, dogs are only allowed in the shop and a small courtyard near the café. The so-called "dog walk" is actually just a public right of way located across the road — not within the grounds, and accessible without paying the £34 entry fee. This wasn’t clearly explained, and made the visit feel misleading and poor value.
For dog owners looking for a welcoming, full-day outing with their pup, Packwood House sadly isn’t it. Beautiful as it may be, it's just not set up for four-legged visitors. If you're planning a dog-friendly day out, we’d recommend giving this one a miss and heading to places like Kenilworth Castle instead.
