点评:Visited here 05/02/2025. Not faults with park or farm. However at lunch time I attended the Tea Room. I asked if the indoor dining area was open. The lady serving explained yes, but only if you’re buying food from here. I explained that I was going to purchase food for myself, but I had brought a packed lunch for my 2 year old that has special dietary requirements. This is when the lady turned rude and said “well no then, you’ll have to sit outside!” I explained but it’s cold outside? And her response was “well why even bring your child out then if it’s cold?”. I was honestly gob smacked! The lady the proceeded to ask me what his dietary requirements are, which I explained. She informed me that she has to ask in case it causes other children inside the tea room to go into Anaphylaxis… I asked her, could you reassure me then that non of your products you sell in here could not cause Anaphylaxis? She then said she doesn’t appreciate me being “aggressive”. Using that word is very upsetting and harsh when I was simply asking a question. I was not aggressive at all, and did not appreciate being labeled “aggressive” either. We then just left.
