Overrated course, aggressive and unfriendly rangers and a clueless general manager=disappointing trip.

点评：There is virtually no infrastructure within 20 miles, no grocery stores, one crappy restaurant and a gas station. That’s about it for attractions.
As for the golf course, it is in need of work, the manicuring has been going steadily downhill for several years now. They demand you play your round in 4 hours or they will literally have a ranger follow and harrass you until they are happy with your pace of play. We finished the front 9 in 2:15 and were accosted by three separated rangers. The general manager came out and started getting aggressive with our group (a group of 32 people) who stayed and played for three days, spending lots of money in the process. I would not play here again if you paid me. I’m a 7 handicap and don’t expect to be accosted by angry old men for no reason.
The restaurant is fair, a small menu of bar fare and the dinners were passable.
It’s a shame the people running the place don’t know what they are doing. They seem much more interested in selling one or more of their massive inventory of vacant lots. They have been trying to build a large subdivision for years and still have tons of lots to get rid of. They seem about a step away from doing the whole timeshare system where they lure you in with the promise of a great time and instead they corner you and push real estate on you.
The entire complex is getting old
and needs a lot of updating.
If you want to be harassed and pay a lot of money to play a 3 hour round of golf then this is the place for you. If not, I would avoid it like the plague.
