Skip the cave-focus on the birds!!

点评：This place is a MUST visit-while the small cave tour is fine, the birds of prey center is absolutely world class. Not only do they have birds of prey from all over the world including many types of hawks owls and eagles but some more unique birds as well like kites and caracaras.
They run 3 different bird flying shows daily in their spacious outdoor arena with each show being unique in terms of the featured birds. We stayed for two show they were so good. Shout out to Elliot and Patrick!
If you really want to go all in (like us) book a 1-hour private hawk walk in which you get to fly some Harris hawks like a junior falconer. We were under the expert supervision of Declan who provided instructions and took pictures and led us on a walk in the woods with the hungry birds who quickly found and dispatched two mice and a frog. This private experience include all the bird shows as well as the cave tour.
There’s also a nice farm store where they make and sell cheese and other items if you want to have a mini picnic for lunch, which we did.
Do NOT miss this place!
