a truly surprising place with lots to do and see!
Bunratty Castle and Folk Park的点评
点评：We drove to Bunratty castle and parked in front, then walked inside where we glanced at the souvenir shop (which was really great!) and headed through the café to reach the ticket counter. We bought two tickets and then headed inside.
Here, we first turned to the right, but if you want to see the castle first, then turn left here.
There are various areas, and the first we spotted was the Village street. Here you can find some shops and places such as the houses of the schoolteacher, the policeman and the doctor. We visited the doctor, which meant that we basically just entered one of the open houses and had a look around. After a while, the “doctor” appeared and explained some of the procedures and also “played” his role quite well. It’s easy to understand for children and really entertaining for adults.
We also spotted a violinist here later, which was just the best!
When you approach the castle and step through the gates, you can first enjoy the area right in front with tents and some booths. I do not know if they are usually manned, when we were there, they were sadly empty, but still an amazing backdrop for photos!
We then first went into the basement before we headed up the stairs where we then reached the Main Guard where we only stayed briefly as there was a tour that moment. So we headed up the next set of stairs and explored the great hall.
From here, we headed up the stairs on the far left until we reached a small area on top of the castle and enjoyed the views and the soft breeze here. The castle is really a fantastic place to explore and there is just so much to see, so best take your time and don’t rush through!
Tickets for adults cost 18€, which is not exactly cheap, but you also get a lot for your money here

我们先去了地下室，然后沿着楼梯上去，来到了主卫兵岗亭。因为当时正好有导览团，所以我们只停留了一会儿。之后，我们继续向上走，参观了大厅。
从这里，我们沿着最左边的楼梯向上，一直走到城堡顶部的一小块区域，欣赏美景，感受微风拂面。这座城堡真是个值得探索的好地方，里面有很多东西可以看，所以最好慢慢欣赏，不要匆匆而过！
成人门票18欧元，不算便宜，但绝对物有所值。
