Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter的点评
点评：We had the most incredible experience at Warner Bros. Studio Tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Lilly.
From the moment we sat down, she brought such a warm, friendly energy to the table. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, made us laugh with her great sense of humour, and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout the whole meal. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism and personality so effortlessly.
What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. She noticed the little details, checked in at just the right moments, and made my birthday feel truly special. She surprised us with birthday pins, gave me a Gryffindor badge (my house!), and even sent us home with chocolate frogs and a Quidditch ball chocolate — such a fun and memorable touch that went far beyond expectations.
You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for guests, not just doing her job. Lilly turned what would have already been a lovely evening into something really memorable for both of us.
She is an absolute credit to the team, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
