Could/ should be better
Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation的点评
点评：We visited here on a Sunday morning and only travelled a few miles to do so , we found the location very easy but however it’s unclear when you arrive @ the car park if you’re in the right place ! There are no signs to tell you that you are & the Eagle heights wildlife reserve.
There are also no signs to direct you were to go to enter either !! ( just some direction arrows would help greatly ) . We obviously found our way in and were greeted by a friendly member of staff but although friendly not a very helpful or informative member of staff . The whole place is very very small and woefully kept , most of the caged birds have no information cards on the enclosures and the ones that do look like they’ve been saved from a puddle and stuck up . Most of the enclosures are very dilapidated and small , the pathways would benefit from some edging and some form of gravel to walk on . Everywhere you look outside of the public space all you see is piles of junk and rubbish piled up a d strewn around , maybe some form of screening on the fences and gates would keep this from being seen .
The Bird show was the only thing that made our trip worth the visit , it was informative, fun and very good .
It would also benefit from some floor mounted boot brushes @ the exits as your footwear gets muddy .
I would actively recommend this place despite my criticism ! so that hopefully the continuing revenue would facilitate these improvements.
