点评：ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT - VERY DANGEROUS!!!
If you are karting for fun and your group do not fill all the spaces in a session, don't go near this place as they will put more experienced, very aggressive drivers into the session. These drivers feel entitled to bump and bash you out of the way and have complete disregard for the rules, placing your friends and family in danger, whilst the track team take a completely bias view in favour of them.
I booked this place on 29 Aug 2024 and the experience for myself and my extended family was ruined. A poor experience and a complete waste of time and money, leaving a sour taste and I will be pursuing a refund for the negligence of the track team in not managing the situation properly.
This is not the first complaint of this kind on Tripadvisor, this organisation has previous form for deliberately assembling this mix of drivers in a session that spoils it for the majority who just want fun and clean driving. hence no response from AK will assure me they will deal with this as they clearly don't learn from previous customer complaints.
At no time was I treated like a customer when I tried to express my opinion and complain how dangerous this had been and what could of happened to my son and nephews.
If this organisation (Absolutely Leisure Ltd, run by Chief Exec G Sinclair), carries on like this, then I would expect increasing incidents at the Maidenhead site, escalating to real trouble, with a call from locals to shut it down.
Save your money, take your family to other events that are safer and where you are treated with respect.
