Extremely disappointing and dangerous for families

点评：I would strongly advise families to avoid Absolute Karting. We visited as a group with another family, but the experience was ruined by a complete lack of track safety and dismissive management.
During our session, the older boys from the other group repeatedly targeted my son. This went far beyond "normal" bumping; it was aggressive, intentional, and they could even be heard laughing about it on video. Despite the clear targeting, track marshals did nothing to intervene.
The situation escalated when my son was hit so hard he was left visibly upset and shaken. When we requested first aid, the response was negligent at best—the staff member simply asked him if he "thought he was hurt" and provided no actual assessment or care.
To make matters worse, when we tried to address the situation:
• The manager refused to come out and speak with us.
• The incident was not logged in any official capacity.
• Staff showed zero accountability for the behavior on their track.
If you are looking for a safe, well-managed environment for your children, this isn't it. The lack of supervision and the "don't care" attitude from management is a massive red flag.
